nice build, but it would be a much better build if you add a riving knife on the back side of the blade to prevent kick backs that can cause injuries when cutting large pieces. thanks for sharing!
Stop cutting slim strips against the fence, there is danger of bounding and kicking, damaging blade,fence, work piece and you; also, you may put a connection piece between sled fences, right above circular blade, this will keep fences square, protect you from putting finger in front of the cut, also act like a protective fence against any binding(not having a river knife), it can be made of transparent polyester to see
