I'm a bit dubious about the way the powder was sticking to the wad. It looks to me as though, even though it was presumably new stock, that the wad was already starting to decompose.
Interesting to see how the Eley clay 7 shot load performs against rabbit clays. I tried a rival company's 7 1/2 shot 24 gram clay load and it wouldn't break the thicker rabbit clays. Standard clays were no problem.
It would be helpful to know what choke you’re testing through, and if std or hp steel- shot size/velocity. There’s still little consistency between brands which needs addressing. I was concerned about the wad degrading in the cartridge during storage. I opened a year old Eley and removed the wad, no issues to note then say it on an indoor window ledge about three months ago. Discoloured probably from uv exposure but no stickiness etc. I’d be happy to store these, properly indoors between seasons 👍
I not a fan I've steel but I've shit the joker steel clay loads and theyr awesome and I've used the bioammo in steel theyr a MN amazing to can u review them for others to see

Ive started to use steel clay loads. Gamebore super steel in 24 & 28 and find them fantastic.
how do you feel they compare to the lead? just as good?
@@IRateGuns To be honest I was pleasantly surprised with their performance 1/4 &1/4 choke . Plus they are comfortable to shoot .
I would really like to see you test the Gamebore Black Gold steel
i haven't managed to get hold of any yet, but I've got the Gambore regal steel video coming out soon

1/4 choke on the pattern, 1/4 and 1/2 on the chronograph. They are standard steel not hp
