Hi everyone ! I am the artist on this video. Thank you so much for beautiful comments. My instagram page is : kapadokyaebru .You can watch my new videos .Greetings from Cappadocia,Turkey.
WOW - Beautiful work...I just 'discovered' this art form on TH-cam and have lots of questions, especially, can canvas be used to 'float'? Is there agar in the water? Can inks be used or just paint?
I'm glad you like it. It is Gülümcan Lounge Version - Bosphorus Lounge - Enstrümental - I'm not sure if it was included in something I had or was just part of imovie? I can't remember. Just look it up on google.
This is beautiful. Is it just water in the tray? How you treat the silk so the paint color stays? I would greatly appreciate a few more details about the technique. Also... is this paint or ink? Thank you.
It is a mix with paint and other contents that I don't know. I recommend you come to Cappadocia and learn from these masters. Unfortunately, I have not learned anything about this process. Perhaps someone who knows more will comment.
Cuda FX I think it has something to do with the water .... one video showed them adding a natural gel mixture to the water - what I'd like to know is how they can wash it immediately after pulling the paint onto the silk with absolutely no effect on the paint at all - now THAT is colorfast!!! LOL
E Gunther the original Turkish Ebru art usually uses something like a sea plant starch mixed with water a day before. Then the paints are mixed with ox-gall so that they can sit on top of the water and not sink to the bottom. It takes a lot of time mastering the knowledge of how to prepare the paint and water before the true art can be right. Hope that helps.

Mind blowing and masterpiece work
The salt helps "trap" the colors on the silk so the colors don't bleed. Thanks for asking.

They put resin in the water, so the paint stays in the paper or fabric, you can get resin in any warehouse like Menards or Lowell’s
