@@randomlol-ya3063 Depends on the scenario. Some people completely delete their channel and are never heard from again, which means there's no way to contact them if it's okay or not. Besides, reuploading with the original creator's name on the video also helps give credit to them even if they're not around. It's not my video, it's someone else's that I'm reuploading for them. Hopefully they'll come around to talk or not, idk.
