    I really appreciate your tips, including using the water the fish is cooked in...and then adding the liquid to flour to achieve the consistency you want before adding the fish and finally adjusting the ingredients to taste by frying 1 or 2 fritters first..really great video 👍

    My mom would make these for the next day for lunch with left over bacalhau. Delicious and a wonderful memory.

    They look so tasty! My mum and dad used corn oil to fry them and they were really good!

    The trend now, at least in Portugal, is use more and more olive oil to fry things and in my opinion tastes better less greasy and probably a bit more healthy....and now I'm hungry 😅

    We call them Bolinhas de Bacalhau no Faial.
