Water cannot move into capillary in arteriole end even though it has higher solute potential than tissue fluid. Is it because of hydrostatic pressure??
Well, water can move into capillaries, but more water is pushed out due to the difference in hydrostatic pressure. Net loss of water. To form tissue fluid.
