if I am not mistaken at 15:50 the 3 way tie should have been resolved to 1955 because you sum events and paradoxes. Anyway great video: watched to confirm that we played correctly because we miserably lost due to an almost unsolvable pileup of events caused by badly shuffled cards :-D
I would love to see you play through the other Back to the Future game & compare them! It was cool that your neighbors helped celebrate your win with fireworks 🤣
This was brilliant. Thanks very much. We enjoyed playing this as two players with two DeLoreans each, and managed to win with five items per year. It was an epic battle against paradoxes which were appearing all over and the events come thick and fast, but it was immensely satisfying. The dice rippling is a fantastic mechanism. The other BttF game (Back In Time) is also a lot of fun but completely different and just based on the first film. It's nice that this dice game covers the whole trilogy. There's a promo item for this dice game - it's the time train from the third film. Impossible to get but an interesting item for completists and used in place of one of the DeLoreans. Many thanks.

Clear, to the point explanations, nice strategies and you two are just lovely together :) The only thing that I would love to see is some close ups of the art works - of the cards and parts of the board you are explained, that could be added as a post production thing. In December 2020 my mom asked me if I wanted this game. I said no because I thought it was gonna be a game we’re u start somewhere and need to get to the finish. But she bought me it anyway and when I first played it ever since I’ve played it everyday

Great game. Great review and play through, you used two wrench for Mr. fusion to make a flux capacitor when you could’ve just used one wrench since it’s a wild
@@BeforeYouPlay this brings up a question that I had, before watching this video. which the video seems to answer, and is fine to play that way, but wonder if its the intention of the game maker. the wrench icon on a dice roll i thought isnt a wild card that can be played as anything- but can be used as any "ICON" to clear away a card (the little icons in the circle of the location cards) otherwise its more powerful than a mr fusion. also Im thinking the intention of the einstein chits are for that purpose as well, but I can see playing it either way. 2ndly when we first played thru, when we used Einstein icons we simply flipped them over and was out of use- giving us a total of 9 einstein chits for the whole game, instead of throwing them back in the pile, giving us unlimited. dont know how to find out any of this as the rules done clarify.- tho- im pretty sure about the wrench part - as it states that its used as an Icon
@@greggale5165 Yes, the wrench can only be used as wildcard for solving events. They cannot be used as other dice actions like time travel. Einstein tokens can be used like dice, i.e. you can solve events with them, you can do actions like time travel or reroll dice etc., and they also can be used with Mr. Fusion in conjunction with your own dice or other Einstein tokens. There is no limit for Einstein tokens (well, since there are 20 items at maximum this means if you never spend a token you could theoretically collect up to 19). After using one you should actually remove it from the game (so players won't pick-up the same again).

We just played this as a four player - at 18:20 and 19:45 you remove events with Paradox tokens on, but we thought you need to use a doc to get rid of paradox tokens before you can resolve the event, which you didn’t seem to do here. Were we doing it wrong? Also we found that as a four player, you have 8 events per round which was too much, it was impossible to resolve enough to stop the outatime marker quickly going up. Did you ever play with a bigger group and did you find it gets harder the more players there are? Thanks!
We had a play with 4 players and won, but it was very close (out-a-time marker at 11). You made it a little bit harder for your group: Removing Paradox tokens is not a requirement to complete events at a location (unlike Biff, who has to be punched away). The manual explicitly says this about after a location has been cleared: "Remove any Paradox tokens from that location."
It plays well, don't know if it has long term staying power, but as a fan of the IP I look forward to playing it with my family and then gifting them the game.

As of right now we don't have a copy of that game. We would love to do it since Naveen is a big fan of the films. Naveen likes the 2nd one the best.

Can you do Jurassic Danger?
On one of your turns you only did 2 cards when you thought 3. It was towards the beginning of the game.
At 29:15 you only drew 2 event cards.
We probably messed up lol. It's been a while since we filmed this one, it's hard to remember.
