I'm always willing to pay for quality ingredients. I've wanted to try this brand but rarely see it on sale. I need to know if it's good before spending ..lol. I will definitely give it a try now. Thank you for the review.
Never heard of this brand but it sounds like great quality paired with some creative flavors! Not sure I could justify that price (aside from an occasional splurge) for 14oz but I certainly wouldn’t turn them down if offered any one of these 😅 Thanks for the fun review!
My husband, Jacob, and I love watching your videos so much❤ so therapeutic! Anytime you review lemon or ginger we think Ashley for lemon and Andrew for ginger 😃😃
I watched this because I wanted to see your guy’s thoughts on the banana date shake. Like some of the comments already said, the shake does come from Palm Springs and I’ve actually had it before. I also recently had a banana date shake at Crystal Cove Shake Shack here in California (its separate from Shake Shack) and that shake was delicious, although there was no chocolate in the shake.
I Love ❤️the way you edit ✍️🏽 your videos 📹I love 🤩💖watching your videos I'm your biggest fan you make amazing 👏🏽videos 📹you make awesome 👌🏽👏🏽👍🏽😍💖videos 📹
Tami, they have a date shake restaurant called windmill market in Palm Springs it's so beautiful. We were lucky enough to go there a few years ago . Yes, we tried the shake, and it was scrumptious 😋
My friend can’t have lactose… so she either spends more on lactose free stuff or in medicine… it gets expensive and when we go out to eat she has to be very careful… she ordered sorbet to avoid the dairy last time we went out… the server put whipped cream on it not realizing she couldn’t have dairy… her boyfriend eats a lot of mistakes… lol
Yeah 90-95% of the dates grown in America come from the Coachella Valley (where Palm Springs is), so you'll see many establishments in the area utilize them in various things. There's a place called Hadley Fruit Orchards, which is about 20 minutes before you get to Palm Springs from LA, that has been doing a banana/date shake for a very long time that I bet inspired the flavor here. These days it's built out and they have lots of other options, but when I was a kid, all they really had was the date shakes and bbq sandwiches.
Compared to the Off Limits cereal you posted yesterday, these seem like a bargain! Only 60 cents an ounce instead of $1! Lol . Although this product is expensive, I'd really like to try the date shake flavor and then the Meyer lemon cookie flavor. Those are unique flavors that are hard to find in other brands and if I'm going to spend $8 on small ice cream containers that's what I'm looking for. Tami you guys did not mention any banana flavor at all in the date shake flavor. Did you guys pick up on any? Or does the date flavor overpower it? Edit: you do mention the banana at the end of the video but it must not stand out much to be such an afterthought lol Anyway as someone who was born and raised in California I can tell you date shakes are a thing in the desert area and they are amazing!
I like the Maple and cardamon they look good and specially the Banana dates I don't know about the strawberry crumble one they all look good but I like the strawberry crumble I tried them before but they still good though
The maple cardamom sounded the best initially, but once I heard pecan I was out. 😕 I love cardamom, but you have to be very sparing with it like how they used it here. The rest of them sound nice, but for the lemon one I'd want a more prominent flavor.
I understand! Unless it used very lightly, when you don’t like a spice you can always detect it. And if it’s light enough to not detect; they didn’t need it at all.
These sound fun! I love how you describe the texture and flavors. The Banana Chocolate Date is my #1 followed by the Strawberry. The Cardamom does sound good and worth a try. Thanks for a great review.
What store can you get this type of ice cream
Yey!Always my favourite taste tests ,icecream:) THe pecan one sounds divine. Thanks for sharing xx
Thank you 😊

I agree! They are pricey!
That banana one sounds so good and with dates, which is unusual. the pecan would be my second choice. Thanks for the review.
I know! It was surprising!

I've never eaten a date before. What do it taste like? If you had to compare it to something.
They're very sweet; they kinda taste like a raisin-y caramel.
these sound delicious ice creams would pick the banana chocolate but they all sound lovely ☺️

No Crumbl this week?
She said they've tried all of them from this week on the channel before. 🙂
@@BeatlesandWebkinz Oh I must have missed that part. Thank you!

That must be scary for her!
why no crumbs cookie review :(
We have previously reviewed almost all of them. 😃

It sounds like a wonderful area!
Nice to get some real maple syrup in the one for the price. Can't think of too many supermarket ice creams that have that instead of just flavoring

@@TamiDunn I hope you get to one day! Palm Springs is beautiful!
Hi Tami & Kevin did ya’ll quit doing Crumbl reviews I didn’t see one for Monday May 20, 2024???
We have previously reviewed most of the cookies this week.
I like the Maple and cardamon they look good and specially the Banana dates I don't know about the strawberry crumble one they all look good but I like the strawberry crumble I tried them before but they still good though
I guessed Whole Foods before I even heard the price 🤣 These sound good but I wouldn't buy them because of the price...
Yep! Way too expensive to buy regularly!
The maple cardamom sounded the best initially, but once I heard pecan I was out. 😕

Over 8 dollars for less than a pint? That’s a big ole NO for me!
I agree! I want a full pint!
Good morning
Good morning!
wish i could send you some canadian ice cream, but it would melt by the time it got to you
I appreciate you thinking of us ☺️
Price makes these a non-starter for me. And I loathe cardamon, so I would never, ever get that one or even take it for free.
I understand! Unless it used very lightly, when you don’t like a spice you can always detect it. And if it’s light enough to not detect; they didn’t need it at all.
Thanks for a terrific review and sharing these with us.
Hoping this day brings you sunshine and joy and lots of happiness.
Thank you! You too!
