First of all, big thank you to @Kebab Connoisseur who inspired me to make this channel. He is professional Kebab reviewer living in the Uk, but he also reviews Kebabs all over the world. Please give him a follow!
So, i returned to my favourite kebab place, as i wanted to enjoy reviewing this on my new Channel. The service is good, and is easy access from Matsudo station. The staff know me, and it seems that i also get "extra" meat when i go there. I did speak to the head chef and he was telling me that they import a variety of spices from India, Nepal and Sri lanka. The meat is marinated, and has a nice deep flavor. Unlike a Turkish style kebab, this is more in lines with an Indian style flavour. Almost like a tandoor taste. The chicken meat was juicy and the burnt char on the edges gave it nice texture. The chilli sauce is also delicious and works well with the meat. But, theres a few issues- for some reason in japan, they use slice, thinned cabbage. I personally don't think this kebab needs it. Maybe red onion is enough. As , it seems soggy and nut crunchy. The pita bread is generic, it would be great if they made a naan bread (in-house). It would definitely be better. The portion size was great and for 750¥, is great value compared to other vendors. The weight was good, touching 600g mark. Apart from that.. Really good, and hopefully i will try the curry sets they do.
