    Thanks for the video! Beautiful house! I am curious about the garage, I see landscaping and fencing in front of it, is it because this is just a model home?

      Yes…once they sell the model, the landscaping will be replaced with a driveway.

    What is the tax rate in this community? Can you comment on any extra fees such as HOA and CDD?

      I would estimate 1.5% - 1.7% of the purchase price to be conservative. Of course, there are exemptions that you might be eligible for. The HOA is around $200/mo and the CDD is around $2000/yr and this may vary from lot to lot. Let me know if I can ever help.

      @@terraGaliciaXXIV properties are allowed a limit on the amount the assessed value may increase each year....3% cap for homestead and the non-homestead 10% cap.
