Thanks for the video! Beautiful house! I am curious about the garage, I see landscaping and fencing in front of it, is it because this is just a model home?
I would estimate 1.5% - 1.7% of the purchase price to be conservative. Of course, there are exemptions that you might be eligible for. The HOA is around $200/mo and the CDD is around $2000/yr and this may vary from lot to lot. Let me know if I can ever help.
@@terraGaliciaXXIV properties are allowed a limit on the amount the assessed value may increase each year....3% cap for homestead and the non-homestead 10% cap.
Thanks Josh for the video. I just started to look at St Croix model 10 min ago and surprisingly discovered your video 😃
You’re welcome. Let me know if I can help you with one.

Yes…once they sell the model, the landscaping will be replaced with a driveway.
@@joshbryanrealtor thank you!
Hi Josh, a question, when you buy it can you replace the gas stove for electric?
Shouldn't be a problem, but why would you want to? 🤣
What is the tax rate in this community? Can you comment on any extra fees such as HOA and CDD?

@@joshbryanrealtor thank you Sir. That’s quite a bit. To your knowledge are there any newer communities with property tax rates under at or under 1%?
@@terraGaliciaXXIV not that I'm aware of.
