Exactly! There may have many method to learn a foreign language. Everyone has their own method but what you have showed is the best farmwork that any one can implement in their language learning journey.
you are one million percent welcome. Thanks for watching! We often quit because of uncertainty, so this is a greatttt way I just never end up quitting, and hopefully helps you to never quit as well
First, start with the Pimsleur audio products for Spanish, all levels. Then proceed to the Assimil products for Spanish, all levels. After Spanish, learn French, starting again with Pimsleur products to get the sound of the language in your head. Then proceed to Assimil again for French, all levels. Then you may choose another language, and may choose to use Spanish or French as a base to learn another language of your choice. Years of fun!
When i got a membership to Pimsleur, i was able to take a sneak peek at unit five in my target language. Those are lessons past 120; it would take a ton of work to get there. They were still speaking in short boring touristy sentences! It's like there was zero progress after all that work. I'm still depressed about it
I'm italian and i started learning english a few years ago, and watching this video and I agree with everything you said, based on my experience learning this language, however i wanted to thank you cause i'm learning french and it's actually way harder than thought but i wanna try your method, i think i'll help me, thank you again❤
Sorprendente, sono così felice che questo video sia stato d'aiuto. Ascolta più contenuti francesi che puoi, è un suono diverso dall'italiano che deve essere ascoltato spesso.
This was very insightful; I felt stuck in my language learning journey. Hopefully, this will help me, I'll update you in a year on my results. danke schön
Bitte schön Freund. Yeah, keep me updated, I assume you're learning Deutsch -- don't get scared by all the cases you need to learn and the deep hole of grammar you need to go down. I promise you it will become natural the more your practice -- a few German artists I listen to are: Rin, Luciano, Reezy, CRO, Rammstein (if I'm reallyyyy in that mood). Helps a ton to solidify the language.
Great video, I see it 3-4 times. I almost gave up learning and your video gave me hope and good anology. I think Michel Thomas Method also used the same analogy. May I ask if you can elaborate more on alphabet and grammar. Alphabet means the written word of the language? And also where do you suggest we learn the grammar of the language? And what would be your advice for translating the word. ChatGPT, Google translate etc.
yeah sure no problem. alphabet involves understanding the unique letters/characters of the language + how they are pronounced. Grammar involves everything from sentence structure, to genders of words, different cases, past, present, future, etc. Hope that helps
looking into this, will reply back with some options. But i do recommend duolingo for alphabet, it's super powerful to have their exhausting amount of repetition for the alphabet/ even though it's not really an alphabet, but rather complex characters to learn
I am actually learning spanish literally right now man... I'll give you a breakdown of what I am doing and then I'll make a vid on it as well. 1. Learning the pronunciation of letters and the exceptions the language has. 2. Basic grammar to get some confidence in speaking (check out thespanishexperiment.com/) 3. At this point jump onto Duolingo and just practice a couple repetitions of the really basic stuff they have -- hit that stuff hard to get through knowing zero to knowing some stuff (and pronounce every single word you read, the more you do it, the better your accent gets) 4. Go back to spanishexperiment and read through their short stories, again, read everything aloud. 5. Search spotify/yt for spanish music until you find some that you vibe with and just read the lyrics whilst the song is playing -- this is going to reinforce the accent/sounds/words into your mind. (ideally find some songs you love and listen to them often) That should be a good start for your first month, hope it helps.
"the foundation takes the longest" - i don't see how that is. Memorizing an unstructured list of thousands of items (i.e. vocabulary) is by far the most time consuming job. Grammar and pronunciation are negligible next to it.
You’re smart asf
I love this and I thank you for it, but I just work hard. You are also smart. It's a choice.

Need russian ressources man!
i have got youuu.
learnrussian.rt.com/
And use Duolingo to learn the alphabet, the repetition is exhausting but worthwhile.
You've "learnt five languages" and don't even know not to split the infinitive in English. Ne cucurreris antequam didiceris ambulare
That’s a Latin rule, not an English one. To boldly go.
I know, it's actually hilarious, creating content has allowed me to spot some bad habits lol
pure lies.
lmao okieeeee
@@iamethanglenny what on earth, someone with conscious does want to learn a communist language?
@@carlperl412there is some really great literature in the Russian language and comedy.😂
