Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) share their experiences: Utah CASA Program

Interested in becoming a CASA in Utah? CASAs work with the courts to advocate for the best interest of our most vulnerable children. Court-appointed special advocates (CASA) work with a guardian ad litem (GAL) attorney to advocate for the best-interests of children who have experienced abuse or neglect. These volunteers also interact with child welfare professionals, educators and service providers to ensure that judges have the information they need to make the most well-informed decisions for each child.
