  • INGREDIENTS
    NUAR 1 KG.
    SHIITAKE MUSHROOM 200 G.
    CRIMINO MUSHROOM 200 G.
    BABY CARROT 7-8 UNITS
    SHALLOT ONION 5-6 UNITS
    RED WINE 500 ML.
    BEEF STOCK 750 ML.
    SALT AND BLACK PEPPER -
    BUTTER 50 G.
    FLOUR 50 G.
    OLIVE OIL 50 ML.
    SOURDOUGH BREAD 2 UNITS
    FRENK ONION 5-6 UNITS
    PEA SPROUTS
    METHOD
    1. Set your oven to roast mode and heat to 190 degrees.
    2. Place the top and bottom lid of the roasting tray on to the Limitless cooking surface induction stove and set both to stage 7.
    3. Pour olive oil on the bottom lid and add in order ; shallot onions, mushrooms, baby carrots and saute them.
    4. Afterwards add butter, when the butter melts scatter flower and then add meat water and red wine.
    5. Add sunflower oil on the other tray and sear your meat, then add them to the red wine mix.
    6. Close the lids and cook in the preprepared oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    7. Set the “Gaggenau Electric Barbecue” to stage 9 and toast the buttered bread.
    8. Place the cooked beef bourginion on your plate and serve with toasted bread and green pea sprouts.
