Has any customer ever requested a cleaning for a carpet that is too big for your space?
Nice question! Yes, the size of the carpet we can wash determines the size of our centrifuge. Without spinning, the carpet will rot, so we can't help but use it. We have three sizes of centrifuges, but sometimes there are giant carpets that don't even fit into the largest.

Have you guys ever considered putting information on the screen about what you're doing in the video? It would be interesting to learn.
We thought about it, but some people appreciate the pure asmr format without any subtitles or voiceovers, we're sticking with that version for now. Maybe we'll change something in the future :)

I like how you start on the underside first. This pushes the dirt out of wefting of fibers, rather than further into it. The result is a much cleaner rug. I also like how you continually spray the dirt away from the area around the rug, this keeping it from seeping back in.

What kinda soap do you use on mold??
We use special agents for disinfection and removal of mold and fungus. In addition, we wash the carpet in a classic way
Am thinking poinsettia? Enjoy your videos very much, but some slow motion action during the dirty scraping process would really put it over the top. 😊

Hej, jestem zaciekawiona skąd biorą się tak zabrudzone dywany ? Pytam poważnie, przecież one wyglądają jakby były wygrzebane spod ziemii 😂 co mówią ludzie którzy przynoszą je do czyszczenia?
To tylko mały procent przyjmowanych dywanów. Większość ma standardowe zabrudzenia. Te najbrudniejsze są często używane jako maty wejściowe lub na zewnątrz. Część z nich jest również oddawana do pralni jako niepotrzebne, a my je pierzemy i za darmo przekazujemy potrzebującym. 🙂

Hi! We are a carpet laundry. Clients brings their carpets for us to clean (about 100 rugs a day). They are in various condition and some of them are more dirty than the others. We show you the dirtiest ones (often they are kept outside as entrance matts, in garages, shops or construction sites).
Please, tell us something about how the carpet became so dirty.
The rugs can come from a garden, garage or a construction site.
People use rugs in those areas as entrance matts, usually in places where the walking path gets muddy, for ex in greenhouses or on sandy floor in construction sites. A carpet helps to not get dirty in mud
Don't put music the sound of water and devices is music already . This music you put is devastating
