    Out of the mire emerges a rainbow of bright colors, so fascinating watching this process, without a doubt saving a rug that might have got thrown in the dumpster. It is like bringing something precious back to life and that has been accomplished.

    My favorite part is you running the water underneath the rug because sometimes even after it seems clean, there might still be some hints of dirt left running out. I also like the swirls of dirt coming out at first. I like the scrapper next and the scrub machine. My question is do the big machines in the back just squeeze out the water or does it do more? I like this whole setup the best of the rug videos out there.

    • @cleanlublin
      @cleanlublin  ปีที่แล้ว

      I am glad that you liked so many of the activities we do.
      These machines in the back are high-speed centrifuges, they are used to quickly get rid of dirty or clean water from carpets.

    Awesome job, as always Piotr!! You're always my fave!! I have a quick question...at the beginning after you have cleaned the back of the rug, why do you run the pressure washer underneath the rug? As someone who knows absolutely nothing about cleaning rugs, it seems like an unnecessary step since you're going to be flipping it over anyway...I'm sure you'll have a clever answer and I'll feel like an idiot for not realizing why that step is done.. 😂

    • @cleanlublin
      @cleanlublin  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for evaluating my work. I'm glad you like my way of cleaning carpets.
      After washing the back side, I rinse it top and bottom
      (usually with a hose, sometimes with a pressure washer)
      I do this for two reasons:
      1. Dirt is hard to remove the first time, so the more rinse cycles the better.
      2. Rinse the carpet with the pile facing down, it is easier for me to get rid of the dirt that is between the piles.

    I'm always curious what's in the red watering can. You pour it on the rub before putting the rug in the spinner for the final time.

    • @cleanlublin
      @cleanlublin  ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm already answering.
      This watering can contains a fabric softener that gives a pleasant fragrance and softens the fibers of the carpet.
      Sometimes, at the customer's request, we use an impregnation.

    What kind of dirt is the one that impregnates these rugs?
    Where do they come from to be in such a lousy condition?
    The rugs depicted in the video belong to actual customers or they are given to you for the purpose of creating these mesmerizing videos?
    What is the cost of these cleanings?
    Thank you.

    • @cleanlublin

      Hi! We are a carpet laundry. Clients brings their carpets for us to clean (about 100 rugs a day). They are in various condition and some of them are more dirty than the others. We show you the dirtiest ones (often they are kept outside as entrance matts, in garages, shops or construction sites).
      So any the rugs we show dont belong to us, they belong to our customers.
      The cost of cleaning is 27 polish zlotys per square meter (abut 6,5$)

  • @vapx0075
    @vapx0075 ปีที่แล้ว

    How things just get dirty without gaining any wear and tear is really beyond me. I get how some rugs get thrown outside because they change owners and they make the new person's eyes bleed but how could anyone have a problem with this pleasantry of colours I simply don't understand.
    As a person who only buys new shoes because either my current shoes are unwearable or my feet hurt... I think the culprits of these rug discards are people who say things like 'That was so last season'.
    Was it stained? Because that's one of the reasons you get a rug... to protect the floor beneath it from inevitable life spills. Lol, yeah just wasteful. I'm really not on the page with most of these people.

    • @cleanlublin
      @cleanlublin  ปีที่แล้ว

      I understand your line of thinking.
      Privately, I also don't like to waste things unnecessarily, but the world consists of different people and everyone sees it differently.
      I know others say we waste a lot of water etc. but this gives most carpets a second chance.
      Producing a new carpet also has various environmental consequences, as does
      disposal of old carpets.
