Today we are going Home Decor Thrifting! Thrift shop with me at GoodWill for amazing home decor finds while I share tons of home decor ideas on a budget! We are thrift shopping and then taking our new decor and styling it in a decorate with me! I have a really amazing thrift flip in this video where I am turning a $25 night stand into a $1400 Mcgee and CO nightstand dupe! Hey Katie, been thrifting for furniture my whole life- so fun, if you don' t expect to find something EVERY time you go - you have to be patient and check often. My favourite find- a beautiful old door, my father literally turned into a coffee table for me.Had it for years, and always got compliments on it

Today I found a piece of vintage Pyrex at a yard sale, and once I found a brand new Tiffany crystal bowl!

Those night stands turned out beautifully and I believe that style is referred to as the campaign style. Those pieces can be very pricey if truly vintage and in good shape. I need to order some of that paint for a few projects of my own. 😊

My husband and I used to go thrifting a lot when we had our oldest daughter 9 years ago and bought our first home. It was a hunt for us to find treasure. Believe it or not the prices of stuff has gone way up at thrift stores since the pandemic. We bought mostly toys, and shoes. Katie have you ever been to a kid specific thrift store? You’ll be amazed, sometimes they have awesome finds! In Arizona they have a Goodwill just for furniture, they might have that In Florida. Great video, thanks for sharing! Kid thrift stores are amazing! This is a great tip for Katie. I stopped buying at box stores after I found thrift stores had brand names that were brand-new clothing.

This was so much fun!! I love refurbishing pieces too! I don’t do as much as before but it is such an accomplishment!! Love the nightstands! The beyond paint was beyond easy too!! That long hutch walnut with the piece missing at the top is a pice of a entertainment center my mom has the same exact one and for Christmas she takes the entertainment apart and that long black one looks good it actually has a light bulb in the top piece

Oooh, you got some good Ethan Allen nightstands for cheap! I love this flip. Classic style. I have never used that paint before and I do quite a bit of remodeling and design stuff around the house. I’ll have to check it out.
