cdc and usda not recommended washing chicken(also other meats) and in nowadays, washing them is unnecessary because they are be cleaned during processing. also while cooking, the bacteria are be exterminated.

Most chefs don't wear gloves. Properly washed hands are cleaner than or just as clean as gloves that aren't changed properly or that have touched other unclean surfaces in the environment
