Taste is not in mouth but in the order of Allah. Suppose, when fire burns anyone's any part of the body, he / she feels it there. Thus, just one machine (the mouth) feels different tastes. Why because of Allah's order not for the presence of food. Maybe, you can say different foods have different tastes. Again, when ever anyone has a fever, he feels different taste in the same food, why Allah has changed the feeling of his limbs of the body. Thus always Allah is doing everything with every living and not living matter.
