I like that you give the gearing .saves us a lot of time who have similar builds
Getting down the road in a fast pace. Nice!
tks.. getting it there slowly
Hi jay ...nice passes...! Which motor are you using ? Does this hobao vt2 comes with rear wing mounts ? I just ordered mine and i was thinking of puting a carbon fiber wing on it.
Nice rips love that Hobao🔥🎯
One. Thanks for the videos ☝️👍
Awesome, nice you cracked the 100👍
He still had a little bit more in it. Imma Try 8s maybe later today or tomorrow
@@JayTeeRC I'm subbed and belled, I'll see it😉
@@RCBirds ty
I really love your channel. I don’t even own one of these little gems!
thanks!!!
Great run bro👍🏻🍻
tks
I've been waiting for this one to come back in stock for a while. You made me want one. Lol
they are in stock now. see description
@@JayTeeRC Lol they sold out in a matter of a day or two, I was too slow :P Popular RC atm
@@FreakMeat74 Lol. Yeah I keep just missing them. When I order and they are in stock I will use your link. ;)
wow, this thing is fast
Number 1. Yeaaaa that is sick brother love your content 😆🤣😂
🥇
Nice run
Thanks!
Really enjoying these vids on the vte2, ive just bought one, have you run it with a diff rather than a spool? any ideas what diff would work?
Couldn't find one that would fit it
@@JayTeeRC they say the hyper 7 spider diff will but no one seems to have tried it yet, want to race mine around a track
Can you explain more to what you said about the connectors robbing power? Have those gone bad or is that some type of flaw with that particular type?
A connector has a resistance measure/value. Higher quality connectors have lower resistance. Resistance impedes current flow. Lower the resistance and you maximize current flow (which the motor requires for higher performance). Also be mindful that a poorly soldered connector adds resistance/impedance.
Hope this helps.
Can you tell me which is the better roller, the Hobao or the Arrma infraction mate
Niiiiice! Who makes that body?
www.bittydesign.net/en/on-road-clear-bodies
For speed run you want to raise the rear of the car up some more, it'll help stop it trying to flip.
Good shit 💪🏾
Have you thought about putting tape on the nose keeping it tight to the chassis? Might help keep air out.
No but I'm a try it. I just got to make adjustments to the car and I really haven't been able to allocate the time to do it. Thanks for watching
Did u have too get the bigger motor mount?
No I just put some washers underneath the current one and raised the motor up some
sounds a little jet motor lol. wonder if drilling a few holes in the wing will help? they guys at the rc track do it and say it helps.
Yeah there's several things I can do I just don't want to mess this particular body up. I do have a basher body I'll put on your next 😆
hi will this 34t spool fit the hobao hyper gtb ?
it has 34t spool
@@JayTeeRC centre spur is 46t on older GTB
Good runs! I been watching you for years! Do you ever sell any of your cars?
Nice bro
Try the gnss analyzer, it’s linked to your phone, a lot easier cause you don’t have to keep taking body off to check
The funny thing is I actually have one somewhere and I don't know where I put it LOL been looking for months now. just didn't want to order another one
@@JayTeeRC lol that’s too funny
Get rid of that rear wing or at least trim the upright parts out.
I got another body for that. This body I'm going to use when I find a center diff just to do some general running and not speed run
