Gad - Juniper Ash

Gad is juniper. Its ash is what we use to cook with, particularly blue corn dishes. My mom was kind enough to spare some time with me so we can show you how to make it, those of you who have been asking me about it. 🌺 They’re quite expensive in our local stores; just for a tablespoon or two it averages $10-15.
