When you compose in the style of baroque music, it will always contain the elements of that period: imitations in the voices, sequences, tonal cadences and so on. But this doesn’t mean it is a copy. Also, es geht in meiner Kirche (Abendmesse) in 2 Stunden los. Ich hoffe, dass ich der Musik gerecht werde. Ich liebe solche Stücke. Sie sind gleichzeitig Konzerstücke (also Vordergrund) sowie auch nachdenkliche Musik (Hintergrund).
Hab nur ein Teil vorgespielt (das erste Drittel), technisch nicht so schwierig. [Oops - kurze Unterbrechung - Mama (91) hat eine Scheibe Gurke fallen lassen. Die (= Scheibe) musste aufgehobe werden). Ging gut I'm Gottesdienst.

In my childhood and youth I had to go to church all the time.We had a great organist there and I was always very fascinated by the harmonies, melody and bass lines...I don't really have a knowledge about baroque music, but enjoyed composing it in an intuitiv way.
