Also, regarding the bolt in your block, you could try to weld on to the snapped bolt in the block, then you should be able to torque it out of the block. The next way you can do it if you cant weld on the snapped bolt, is to get a hole punch, get a fat hole punched on the bolt thats snapped in the block, use a drill and drill into it about a quarter way (Make sure the drill bit is the size of the extractor tool you are going to want to have) then use an extractor tool that attaches to a ratchet and pull it out. I'm sure I will have more ideas if none of these work lol.

The fact that you were able to drive your car on one motor mount for who the hell knows how long is impressive. Engine bolt is probably chalked if it's still seated down inside the threads, if it's up the the surface of the threads and broke off that's a easy removal
