- In ielts listening test video, we are providing you with a listening practice test in order to help you prepare for the IELTS Listening Test 2024. This practice test has the same structure as the actual test, so if you are able to pass it, you are well on your way to a successful score.

The IELTS Listening Test IELTS Candidate DO LISTENING TEST IMPROVE YOUR SKILLS :- You will be given time to read through the questions before you listen. You will hear each recording of the Listening test only once.
As you listen, write your answers on the question paper. At the end of the test, you will have 10 minutes to transfer your answers to the answer sheet in pencil. You may write your answers in lower case or capital letters.
Instructions to candidates
In the actual test you will be given the following instructions:
do not open this question paper until you are told to do so
write your name and candidate number in the spaces at the top of this page listen to the instructions for each part of the paper carefully
answer all the questions
while you are listening, write your answers on the question paper
you will have 10 minutes at the end of the test to copy your answers onto the separate answer sheet use a pencil At the end of the test you will be asked to hand in the question paper.

@@bikashlama6018 hey! Yes I did appear for ielts. The session is exactly like in these videos. I wouldn’t recommend practice as many times as possible. Get familiar with the speed, pronunciations and the whole process of balancing listening and writing the answers at the same time.

Isn't it answer B rather than C for question 27. I feel like Lily said the point, and not the butor as suggested in the answers.
I had the same thought as well. However on rehearing the recording, the tutor tells the point first while Lily explains it in great detail later . I'm not sure though

Listening will be the same for academic and general test takers
@@AyeshaQamar-ez1zs so you haven't taken IELTS yet. Well, in my experience, academics have the things called the graph and generals don't.

@@kazekake5346 Listening and speaking are same for both academic and general and reading and writing are different for both
And the graphs you r talking about are in the writing module for academic ones and letter for general training ones

dont worry I have taken my ielts in jan 2023 I am taking a retest because its gonna expire soon....the actual ones are 30-40% easier than these ones
and this particualr test is way much harder,just keep practising and note down where exactly you are loosing points...like spellings,singular plural,writing one word instead of two...just write all those at the end and try not to do the next time....ALL THE BEST

@@MsAmrsamy Same frequency 1 thing that i faced in real IELTS test was synonyms filling in a table that was hard and i lost in that part n didn't get any answer in that part n got 6 bands in listening now m struggling for 7 or 8 in shaa ALLAH
