I find it very irritating and irresponsible when parents let their teenage kids drive two wheelers who are at the peek of their imaginary audience phase.

My scooty got bumped in the rear by a royal enfield riding uncle who couldnt brake on red light at right time and i did, its not just the teens

One of the funniest episodes and I don't even live in Mumbai
For Cowtuk's question regarding multiple layers in a road is to avoid/reduce crack propagation if it is a new road. As in a single concrete block a crack is more likely to spread and cause collapse rather than layered concrete bridge. Crack propagation is also why you find steel beams separating the roads. But in your context or Mumbai's situation is also repeated reparations and patchwork causing the multiple layers that you see in old roads 😂😂
I learnt driving in April 2020 when lockdown was going on and it was my milkman who taught me😅( he also worked as a driver), that was the best time to learn driving imo as the roads were empty most of the time. He taught me just for 2 days (3-4 hours per day) and I loved it. Also, I learned driving in my own car which I still drive. Fun times.

The head light thing in Sweden is that, you will see the light first when you drive even in the daylight so you can see a car coming just by seeing the light that’s why it’s important to have the light on even in the daylight. You need to have all your lights working and on, some people are really helpful if they see the car light is not on in your car they will blink at you with the headlights as signal to turn your headlights on or if they aren’t
I got my license when I went to US for work, had to pass a written exam about all traffic laws before they took my actual driving test. I done road trips all over the country but now I am back in India and scared to drive here.
Btw one of the reasons why it is illegal to have a kid 12 years or younger is because of the air bags, so when bang your car the air bags comes out and they can suffocate the child.
Seat belts are also mandatory at the back.
Uptown the age of 1.5 the kids need to be in the rare facing seat. After the seat depends on the age of the kid. Children 10 and over need to have a booster seat so they don’t hit their head on the front seat in case of an accident.
I remember chohan at 4 bungalow instructor charging 50 rupees after session 😅

Booklet RC - I still have one !!! And I can attest that feels like a superpower... Here in Pune, you sometimes fracture a law or two... A mama catches you , they ask you for license and insurance... you hand them the booklet and they don't seem to know what to do with it.., You remain respectful and apologetic the entire time, ask for the challan and more often than not they leave you with a warning .
I think the booklet RC also saves you from the automatic challans like overspreading ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Since kautuk was asking idp education help with student placements in college and basically handles consultations and everything for internation student programs , they are co owner of ielts .
Driving school car in Canada is also obsolete.. like 15-20 years old.. and when taking driving exams there, it felt worse than taking my PhD viva.. pretty strict and nervousness was at it's peak all the time..
Wait till you get know about the Japanese driving licence test 😅

46:37 in foreign the countries the speed of the cars are above 50 km in residential area and 80km + in highways and express way the impact on accident is very bad .. metro cities at best go max over 45 km and in no better roads in non metro hence baby car seat doesn't matter much in our country.. but it's good to have

Hi guys. I have been listening to your interesting topics, humor and storytelling while driving to and from my work. It has been fun and enlightening. Thanks for your efforts.
However, there is one concern too. What's with your obsession with liberal use of abusive words? Sometimes it is overwhelming. There are times when I want to share your shows with my family and enjoy together. But obviously, thats not possible. I have to listen solo ALWAYS ! And thats not fun.
