So very cute and even cuter with the whisper voice. All of these little things look like they are prototypes or duds / bloopers from some company that did not make the cut, so they bagged them up and sold them on Amazon for a bit of a profit. They’re probably from China.
These miniatures, apart from reminding me of my childhood, also makes me think if it's feasible to make them into cute jewelry like earrings or bracelet pendants.

The haribo, I would guess 'Softbar' is a translation of gummy bear - Bär is german for bear I think, then soft/gummy kind of makes sense. The other one Jogi-bussi I'm not sure - Could be something like the Dragibus, which is a chewy, dragee, jellybean candy that I've seen Haribo sell in Europe (but that's just a guess!)
the Soft-Bär gummies are actually just like the classic ones except bigger and softer- you were right with Bär meaning bear and 'soft ' is just directly taken from English:) The Jogi-Bussi ones are like jelly filled yoghurt flavored gummies and the name has been laughed at quite a bit here in recent years 😅
