I have 2017 F350 SRW with 32K on it, just had the old orange coolant flush out and the new yellow put in. Now, as you recommend, every 30k a drain and full.👍😃
I worked for a local towing company I serviced our 16 f550 every 250 hrs used all Ford parts it's now pushing 200000 miles it's driven 7 days a week very hard and pedal stomped thru the radiator runs perfect daily!!!keep these awesome Fords serviced they will last forever!!!!

All those small coolant lines laying across the top of the engine are "vents", they all connect to the highest points on the different passageways to allow air bubbles to get out of the system. Keep up the great videos!

That "lower" intake on the 2020+ is still the air filter inlet which was still plastic on previous generations. The upper and lower post turbo intakes are now aluminum now. Also, no longer oil actuated VGT! Finally electronic again which I feel ends up working better (especially for feedback to the PCM)
It would be great if Ford included that camera module functionality on new trucks. I can't believe that with the love affair the engineers have with technology that they missed that.

I think you made a good choice. Unless you're pulling heavy things for long distances, the 7.3L makes more sense. There's a lot more maintenance on a 6.7 diesel.

S long as you're within the hash marks your good your owner's manual tells you the full capacities of the transmission but depending on the type of repair that you did it's gonna justify how much fluid you put in every repairs gonna be different
Sometime talk about the Ford Yellow has replaced Orange and is backwards compatible. Had to really dig to find that out. Sad about the Limited and how he treated it like a Yugo.

I get conflicting answers when it comes to the ccv reroute I have 2013 f250 6.7 so I need to run ccv reroute? I changed my cac cold side pipes because the top boot split and I noticed a little bit of oil in the pipe goin into the throttle body my truck is all stock because I live in shity California so am I safe to run it stock or do I need to get the ccv reroute? Hey you were talking about the 360 cameras. I have the 2020 F350 dually. I have deleted the bed and added a utility bed to mine. My issue is that the headache rack on the utility bed totally blocks my bed camera. Have you seen this issue but more so, do you know of a way that I can actually move this camera to my HA rack and make it useful once again? Thanks for videos! I constantly learn new things about my 6.7 powerstroke!

It has the arm coming out that attaches to the shaft that goes down into, I guess the EGR cooler bypass? I have a 2013, that every time I shut the truck off, that solenoid squeaks after the vacuum releases. It's really annoying. What would the part number be? Thanks for the informative videos!
I was very impressed with the 2.7 and 10 speed combo. I pulled an 8k camper up I-70 over the Rockies (Ike Gauntlet) at the speed limit no issues. The whole time telling myself this little truck is out pulling my 99 F350 7.3 6 speed. I now have a much bigger camper and a 21 Superduty 6.7. Same story but now pulling 16k. Ford builds extremely impressive machines!
I was driving along I-10 and an F-750 passed me towing the biggest boat I’ve ever seen on the interstate. It was one helluva rig. Good video and explanations. I still wish the gubment would get their head out of their you-know-what and legally drop those engine killing components in the video.

I have a question: I replaced the turbo on a 2011 6.7 PowerStroke, but after putting everything back together the truck will turn over but will not start. The starter just cranks the engine. As far as I can see everything is plugged in correctly. I’m going over it again today but what sensors would prevent it from starting?

@@PowerStrokeTechTalkwARod The manual says to reset/clear the specified function for the turbo system. But my Autel scanner doesn’t list that function in the Special Functions screen. Would not resetting that prevent a no start? There’s no codes on the pcm.

If the windshield washer nozzles are in the hood, they need to be heat shield protected from the heat of the engine or they will fail from the heat.

The Primary battery is the one with the shortest wire to the starter. It is important during a jump start.

The batteries are hooked in parallel. Everything is equal. I dont see how one can be primary.

There would be no sensors on the engine that would keep it from starting when doing a turbo

Sounds like you're gonna need to get a scan tool. On it to do a little bit of no start diagnosis. Definitely not a guessing game on these trucks
