I've had a Home Reserve couch for 9 years. Love it. Cushions have held up well. Cushion covers wash up nicely. Have had 2- 7 couch dogs the whole time, so gets a lot of wear. Very happy with this company and product.

I wanted to find real reviews on this couch and happened across your videos. Knowing they tried to address your issues after the first video and sending you a picture of your dog really impresses me. Thank you for making these videos.

Have to thank you for this video because you solved my problem. Putting my sofa together today was really struggling with the arm rest attachment. From watching your video I realized my instructions were referencing the old connectors (even though my parts bag contained the t-connectors). My thumbs are still smarting from trying to get the wingnuts off. But the chair looks great! Thank you!

Steph, thorough as ever, simple explanation/visuals, honest review. The enhanced image of Mac was a generous, thoughtful and voluntary but responsive to your "year in review" video with/sadly without Mac. RIP❤

Maybe add some velcro strips to the bottom of the cushions and the top of the storage lid to keep them from sliding. My Nana actually did this to her couch and it works great!

For the sliding problem have you tried if velcor sticks to your pillow covers?
If yes find a good spot where you could staple down a strip the longer the better or even multiple.
If not maybe there is a good place so sew on the counter part of the velcro :3
Seems like a great company that knows how to keep existing customers really nice of them especially the picture, it shows they care.

As a quilter and made a few quilted cushions for my window seat, velcro is my best friend. I have 3 window bench seat that I randomly make new cushion covers for and I have a permanent strip of Velcro on the bench area and I sew Velcro on the bottom of the fabric and they do not move. My dogs and cats jump up and down I lay on them to read and they stay through it all.

Can ypu sewer velcro to the bottom of cushion and where the cushion sits on top of. So they velcro pieces meet and hold the cushion in place.

great video . can you tell me where or how you made the armrest caddy on the sofa that is shown at the end of the video ??????? what di you pay for the sofa comb that you have and in the corner between the 2 sofa , is that another footstool or is that a corner table??.......the strange stain is most likely from where Mac use to lay her head on the arm and is her drool , use a bit of dawn dish soap , rub it in and then wash again, should come out

Thanks! The armrest caddy is from amazon: amzn.to/3RF746s
The corner of the sofa is a corner ottoman that attaches the two sides together.

Would you say the paint helps keep the wood fibers from going everywhere? That's my main problem right now.

I must have a bad piece, because the screws do not seem to move out or in at all. I also read many think these plugs are like standard ones where you can wrap the bare ends around the screws! These are not that type. Returning it to HD and will look for one that has better connectors where you have to slide it between the two metal plates and tighten.

Use velcro for the sliding cushion. The only downside is that you can't flip the cushion.

Does your fabric hold up to dog nails/scratches?
