While I think using Mexican Spanish is good for beginners because it seems they tend to speak at a much slower rate than many other Spanish speaking countries, but I'd like to see more diversity with Easy Spanish. With so many Spanish speaking countries to choose from why limit it to just Mexico and Peru? Just my 2¢
They also have a Colombian for a few, but I think its simply down to the volunteers who get involved. I doubt they would turn away someone from Uruguay or Guatemala or Spain who said they would like to help out and actually committed to doing some of the work and prep for the channel.
