- As healers, the most important beginning point is that you learn to read your own energy. You are useless to anybody unless you learn to understand yourself. If you don't understand or recognize the energetic anatomical system and how you lose power, you're not going to read anybody at all with any clarity. That's my first order of business. You have to understand the structure of the human energy system. You just have to. The second thing, which is vital, is that you learn to discern yourself.
We need certain anchors that ground us, and those anchors are the things that you know about yourself that simply can't be pulled up. Do you know these anchors in you?
We will never create the whole of our reality or be able to understand why things happen as they do. But we can begin to comprehend that there is no such thing as an insignificant choice. This rich class encourages deep questions about your spiritual and intuitive life, how receptive you are to inner guidance, and how open you are to your healing.

Yep, truth all the stuff happend to me including cancer. I don’t blame anyone or anything, even though I have the gene passed on from my mom. I’m not angry at God. I just keep living thankful for the life I’ve been given!

When I created a breast tumor on my right breast in February 1998, after the birth of my second daughter, who was born with Wolf Hirschhorn in October 1997. I asked God to help me and not leave my 2 daughters. I called out, I'm listening to you, please guide me. A couple days later, God guided me into the shower for the release of my life. My lesson, let go and let God. The tumor, the size of a small egg, disappeared.

Yes, I have to stay in the place that it doesn't matter if you understand my choice if you aren't included - you have your own path to follow. Being kind and decisive is my strength. We all are capable of this strength.

My Anchors are:
There is a cosmic intelligence that sustains the universe
The nature of this plant has a wisdom that is bigger than me
I wish i had other more practical anchors that helped me being for astute and navigate normal life with more ease.
My anchors are quite metaphysical that support my inner development, but I have to say that navigating normal capitalistic life is still something I have to develop anchors for.

I could not believe it when my ex husband became violent, in front of our 18mo. He had reviewed information on child development and the ace study, he knew how damaging it would be. I thought I knew him. The experience turned my entire world upside down.
My initial thought when considering my own anchors right now, was "i cannot lose control of my bowel movements." 😂 😅
But I get it; traits. Patterns. 😊
Perceptual clarity and arrogance may be a fine line for some
I have to ask how precisely can one dictate about another in the speed in which their answering whether or not they know themselves really really well or don't both are possible. And Caroline is great but she can't always assume that she is the only one in that room or space that knows themselves well because she's a teacher there are other capable individuals within her learning space that could possibly even know more than she does but they're there for a different perspective or experience. What if it was by chance that that individual literally had been contemplating that question just the night before or perhaps even that morning before class. That person could have literally come to a revelation about that answer and then it just so happens that it's asked and they know their answer because they did spend the time doing self-inquiry thinking about it prior to her asking. Caroline is a fantastic teacher she has a lot of great wisdom and insights to share however when it comes to the class that she's teaching I find from my perspective that she has a tendency to treat them as lowly lower than her and it's very all-encompassing Yes many people in the world don't understand don't get it don't think this way or that I understand that I I do but to treat entire groups as such and to be so quick as to cut them off from their answer by stating that their answers too quick it's it's subjective judgment that she's letting stand in the way of objective teaching.
Yes she does get carried away displaying arrogance and ignorance in the way she comes across about others healing journeys. Mocking is a very low vibration frequency Caroline Myss with all due respect.
I think its her schtick, (saying this respectfully, becasue I tune into her videos) and she's trying to make a point for the others but yes it comes across a little heavy handed. She has such a loyal following and I know she's doing good in the world because for some this cold water in the face technique is what thy need. For the rest of us..... its a bit jarring and severe. It reminds me of evangelists/pastors who come across in a theatrical way; but it can be hurtful too. It may be more from another era. I don't take it too personally or seriously. It's Caroline being Caroline!

WHO / WHAT pushes your triggers / buttons???? Then ask WHY ?
Do you think it's doable? After the fact I suppose. But at the time. The emotional overwhelm/ overtake cancels the rational why.
Even more so when people take money to cause the behaviour that brings harm to another. For example the war MACHINE it wreeks unfathomable tragedy. Energetic toxins... haha Caroloine has the language.
Caroline you have much to offer but I find you condescending and brash in your delivery. Guess I must have those traits too given that I recognised them so quickly!!! I have much work to do…
I always think things will happen to me, if anyone. Why not? And, for the past 21 years, I’ve had one toxin and environmental based illnesses after another.
I’d rather have it happen to me than a child or someone who couldn’t handle the pain
and suffering. 🩷🙏
