Muslim Style Chicken Biryani Recipe ♥️ | Eid Ki Dawat Special Biryani Recipe ♥️

ingredients:
1 kg chicken
2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 lemon juice
5-6 green chili paste
1 cup yogurt
1 tbsp kewra water
mint and coriander leaves
1 cup oil ( 1/2 cup for gravy + 1/2 cup for rice layering
4 fried onions
Special Biryani Masala Ingredients:
10-12 cloves
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp caraway seeds
1 star anise
10-12 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
2 mace
1/4 nutmeg
For Rice:
1 kg rice
2-3 cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 lemon juice
3 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oil
I tried this biryani 6 to 7 times And trust me It's just Wow. And the taste is so amazing 😍Specially with the Biryani masala i can say Truly amazing🤩❤️

Just one small thing, instead of the oil that you put over the layering I tried putting the oil left after cooking the chicken with the flavours. Worked well ❤️
