I understand this "dark" music might sound sad to some, but to me this music makes me feel some of the HAPPIEST I ever felt. I have persistent depressive disorder where I feel an undertone of sadness on a daily basis despite a lovely life. I kinda describe it as I experience the world through a blue tinged filter everyday. Anyway - I feel like this music resonates with thatt dark part of me but instead of amplifying sadness, I feel beauty amplified. I feel like this music is the soundtrack to my day to day, and it makes me really happy, because there's a beauty you can only experience through sadness. The weeping of this cello as an example. Super thankful to have found this music!
This is definitely the perfect perfect... absolutely perfect music for the cello! I love all kinds of music but for me the cello is the deepest most heartbreaking and emotional instrument of all hand down. Beautiful... simply beautiful
Best of luck with that I did a complete restoration of one that was over 200 years old and basically came as a box of bits. Took nearly 2 years to get it back together again. But we'll worth it in the end as it is a superb instrument that leaves many other cellos standing.
This music feels like it's the climax of a life or death scene in a tv/movie/anime, and the protagonist contemplates their decisions on whether or not they have to take this action and if it is morale enough to go through with it; ultimately breaking down because in the end, they don't have the will to go through with it or knows it is morally wrong to do so.
