I found mine by accident and it has been my favorite horse ever since
This was in the exact spot as soon as I showed up! Very refreshing compared to how difficult it was to find the Grullo Dun in New Hanover
i got the male one in the wild while using the bronte glitch.
I’ve gone to this location 3 different times and this horse refuses to spawn. I’m starting to think it doesn’t exist in my game

Only 3 times? Bro I've been reloading (spawns me in Armadillo) and returning to the location for like 2 hrs now and STILL no Tiger Striped
You really gotta lock in. It's probably there, but you missed it and you reloaded it again so it refuses to spawn. If you miss it, you need to wait about 3 in-game days until it spawns.

You can only go there in the epilog
When you play as John after Arthur dies
