Watched the whole thing and I don't even own a 4Runner. One thing to note, It would be awesome if each button on the control module will light up specifically when turned on! In that case, driver will know if they forget unless they walk out and checked. Thats one thing I would look for specifically in a control module. Great video.
You need to wire the power to the control panel into the fuse box underneath the steering wheel or else the car wont run right rpm isnt correct on idle and throttle isnt as responsive. I literally just finished installing mines as you just posted this and this was a problem i found
Truth! Wish I read the comments before haha NBD but your switch panel will stay lit all day anytime the car is on, day or night using the fuse they said…

You need to tap into the ignition not the injector fuse
