kripal, please discourage the use of the descriptor '' kaddir'' under all circumstances. Kaffir is an Afrikaans-derived term. originally stemming from the equally derogatory ''kaffir' of Islamic provenance. In Afrikaans, 'kaffir'' stood for the term ''nigger'' or ''blackie'' does in some dialects of English. It was used to describe things that had an apparent non-European origin. Kaffir lime was thus a term for the lime lime used by the Indonesian origin servants of South African whites. Why not use the inoffensive name ''thai lime'' or hystrix lime, after Citrus hystrix, its binomial referent?
I shall take this as an irrelevant food review to Indian viewers. You have become 'temporarily' popular only for your review of eateries on NH75 & street food in Bangalore. Please stick to making small eateries popular among citizens. This is not criticism but a suggestion from the view point of an ardent fan. You can take it or leave it.
