Gotta hit your 16s. If the dealer is showing 7 or higher you have to assume she has 17 or higher. Might get lucky once in a while but in the long run, especially if you're playing as a team vs the house you have to play it BY THE BOOK.

By face card you are probably also including the numerical ten value cards.
Therefore there is a four times greater chance for the dealer up card to be of a ten value.

1. When you are playing this limits, if the shoe isn’t going to well like it wasn’t in the beginning you csn ask for them to drop it and re shuffle
2. You guys did some weird split when dealer was showing a high car with the 4-4 then doubled and all crazy stuff
