Unless you have a lot of regulars, it's exceedingly rare to get enough customers to get full time hours, and it's probably even more so now that people are finally returning to regular pre-pandemic life. Honestly, including the time I spent in lobby small-talking (you don't want to make them feel like you're rushing them into the game), waiting for queue, in champ select, saying goodbyes (again, you don't want to make them feel like you're rushing to get out of the call), I made like $10 an hour or less. On my best month, I made about ~$1400 grinding day in day out. And a lot of these guys will think that you're their friend after a few games and start messaging you just for fun, not to buy games. That shit ain't worth my time lmao.

I still do E-Pal and I'm one of the girls that appeared in 1:10. It can get intense because my "regular clients" often build an attachment to me over time, and expect or want more than I can give. But the current plethora of opportunities to do so is a result of a society that is still playing catchup to its constantly evolving status. 100 years ago women outnumbered men somewhere around 3:2, this meant that there was rarely a scenario in which a normal man would be unable to find someone. These days men actually outnumber women and the effects on society are becoming very apparent, the appearance of incels being around the time that men started outnumbering women isn't a coincidence and it is only going to get worse.

@@devon6039 Yeah and it is even worse than that if you look at the age group breakdown. For example in 2021 there was 500,000 more men than women in the 15-19 year old age group. It doesn't seem to flip back to women outnumbering men until around the 45+ year old mark, and as time goes on it'll only become more lopsided.
There have been increasing studies on the subject, and it is honestly even worse when you also take into account that there has been a drastic increase in older men 40+ going after young (18-25) women, reducing the pool even more. If you paired off every single member of the 15 to 29 age group that leaves 1,270,000 men single. Not even accounting for other factors which would increase that multiple times. That means millions of young men in their prime are literally unable to find someone largely due to no fault of their own.
I don't support incels as a disclaimer they are disgusting group, but I do find their rise and the situation fascinating and also believe that if nothing is done to mitigate the problem... well I don't even want to know what would happen.

I don't mean to flex or anything saying this but to anyone who pays women money to PLAY league of legends, guys- it's NOT this difficult, if at all. The amount of opportunities to just add and make new friends on LoL after meeting girls in your games is endless. Just be friendly and not a fucking weirdo and 90% of girls you meet on league will be your friend and play with you(bonus points if the game went well and you carried or played well, and you weren't toxic or insufferable to play with)
You don't even have to be high elo to make female friends on league who will play with you and such(my peak is literally plat4, and especially if you play more casually rank is just not a factor), or famous on twitter, etc, or be a 6'5 gigachad GM draven main, that's all literally bullshit and 90% of girls who are picky as to who they play with are probably micro-celebrities on twitter and are probably overwhelmed with attention (aka, if you go for these kind of girls and aren't on a similar social level yourself then you're just asking to be let down.)
I promise you that you can log onto league right now, queue up some normals or arams, find a girl and add her after the game, and just be chill and friendly and you're gonna make dozens of female friends on league, I've met plenty of girls on just league games, and have made some super awesome close friends from that. It honestly baffles me that so many people struggle with making female friends over games, especially in a game like league where no one knows what you look or sound like, to the point of paying stupid amounts of money.
Someone who's lonely or struggles to make friends is looking at the wrong place simping for micro-celebrity egirls and giving them money for attention when you can make so many female friends on this game for literally free, and with the potential to build actual connections that mean something past 'omg thanks for 100$ I'm gonna pretend to give you emotional attention!'
