    Lease is a great opportunity in the right conditions. Right mindset most don't do homework before signing up. Most don't have what it takes to make it though to paid off. Gotta pray for wisdom and learn how to play the game.

    I did one of these never never plans 11yrs ago because no matter what my buddies told me, I was gonna make it work. Well ,I got a brand new truck and started pulling reefers out west. First problem was trying to find reasonably priced DEF( this was the start of the emmisions era). Second problem,fuel mileage was horrible(Peterbilt,say no more).Third, they deducted all the reefer fuel,(cleared $800 the 3rd trip out).4th, gave them back their truck. I won't name the company but you can probably guess.P.S. I had 12yrs as an owner-op before this. Sometimes you just have to learn the hard way.

    I net a minimum of 2500 a week/net after payment for lease. If you were to finance and insure you’re own truck youd pay the same monthly without added perks of a company sponsor. To each their own 😌

    I thought companies offer lease purchases to get poor souls to pay the note on the truck over and over again.

    I know most people would not be successful with balloon payments but I like them. Gives you an opportunity to invest that money you would otherwise be putting into the truck... The way I figure it is if you don't have discipline to pay the balloon payment then why are you in a business in the first place?

  • @devoywilliams3956

    lease purchase it just to make 2000+ net a week, don't expect to buy the truck. By the end of a lease the truck will be almost 1 year from needing to be sold anyway.

  • @deluxetransport3208
    @deluxetransport3208 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    And there you said it. Because that truck is really owned by the company.

  • @ibrahimcehajic

    The only way I would do lease purchase is if I was guaranteed minimum 3000 miles a week and the leasing company pays for maintenance and repairs that I pay for at the end of the lease purchase term,they have to have skin in the game too.

    I was hoping you talk about a walk away lease purchase but you never did. Basically you can walk away whenever you want .Wich is good . Some companies out there would give you the chance to sign the lease purchase program then for some reason you wanna go back to company you can always return the unit. I don't know if someone out there has experience this. Would love to know.

    Drivers have become a crop for the companies and all they will do is continue to farm them. But until drought hits or drivers stop producing they won’t change their ways.
