Is this only used to collect standard information such as email addresses, names, telephone numbers, and or Addresses? How about a complex form for commission calculation etcetera ???

zI'm trying this but I'm not seeing where to "Map your Jotform form fields to your contact list on HubSpot CRM." It is not giving me the option to choose the list I want to integrate. How do I choose the specific list from my Hubspot account, to integrate with my Jotform?
Hello there! All the contacts sent by Jotform to your HubSpot account will be automatically added into your default contact list. It is HubSpot that automatically assign the contacts you received into your Lists based on the filter you have configured.
