Hi, I am starting to use Jotform, I was using google forms and sheets in a basic way. I wanted to know if there is a way I can control stock from my inventory, just a way to see what I do have available to sell, not prices, just quantities, the tricky part is that every product has its own designs and its own sizes. Hello. Great video. I am trying to figure how to create an automated "queue" like process. For example, I generate orders for pastry chefs.
If after pastry chef accepts and fulfills an order, is there a way for Jotform to remember who completed the last order when a new order comes in and assign to the next person in the queue or will I have to manually track that.
Also, when a chef rejects the order, can Jotform automatically assign to the next person in queue or will the rejected order have to be "escalated" and then reassigned manually?
You can find that data in Jotform tables. Every submission is sent to tables.
Have a. List of more than 200items, can i make a order wish list for customers to be filled by them, but that shows as list with out images, something compact? Thanks

I would love to know if a program like the description below exists (I’m just not very technological). My dream is to have a Spanish/English institute. And I am starting to plan everything since now. I was hoping to find a computer program like this one:
From their houses the students will fill out a form online with their info ( a form where they are going to insert their personal info) and when they sent the form. They Will get automatically a diagnostic English or Spanish test . They take the test from their houses and the system will create a spread sheet with the diagnostic test grades of the students and will send the grades to the students automatically . I want the system to keep emailing promotions and discounts (promotion campaigns that I will create) or send regular emails to the students until they purchase my course. Does anyone know a program like this? This would be for a real physical institute in physical classrooms but I want to know if there is any program like this. Thanks !
You can achieve the all the form and database with Jotform. But you will need to also use a web hook system plus an email marketing service.

@@SaaSMaster Very cool! Thanks. Now if I can get JotForms to send me and my client a nice formated version of the form (in my case a contract). Basically like what they see on the net. Currently, the email to the client looks like a spreadsheet, not very attractive.
Do you know if you can set up JotForms to have a conditional response? So that I can ask someone: would you like to sign up for my newsletter? Yes. No. If yes, then it sends the email address to Mailchimp. If no, it doesn’t do anything.
