I believe it's negative. The posts on the pump should be labeled as to what is positive and negative but I'm pretty sure it's negative and thanks for watching 👍
I ordered a new pump, filter and hoses and cleaned out the tank I'm going to wait and see if the accumulator is actually bad. The tank was pretty bad, it had almost six pounds of sediment inside after cleaning it.

On the fuel pump Is the smaller nub negative or positive?

The smaller pin that takes the number 7 mm socket is the positive, not the negative.
Pump, filter and fuel accumulator replacement along with hoses. That fuel tank looks rough lot of rust in goose neck
