Iron Maiden will be my first concert ever this year, can't wait! Sadly I'm going alone because none of my friends like metal, but I'm sure it will be amazing anyway.
Yeah as StealthPlatypus1 said don't worry about going alone. None of my pals are really into metal so I go end up going to concerts myself too. Sometimes it is better going alone cause you can just enjoy the show and you won't get distracted by your friends. Have fun though! Hopefully I will be able to see them next year as they aren't touring the UK because they are headlining Download ;)

I went to the show at The Forum in Los Angeles (the first one I should say since they performed there twice). They were so tight it was incredible. I remember during one of the songs I think it was Bruce who took off Janick's shoe and someone had to come on stage and put it back on while Janick was still playing. Bruce made a remark about Cinderella while that happened.

Well I hope you didn't have others bands you planned on seeing because this will ruin them all for you. I've seen Maiden with nosebleed seats and right up front, all were incredible shows.
My favorite Eddie is definitely Brave New World. Just imagine how terrifying that would be just walking down London then you look up to see a monster's face forming in the sky. Fucking incredible.
BNW is the most historical Maiden's album to ne. why? it was the opener to their millenium eram the reunion and their first albums with 3 guitar players. a trully masterpiece!!

went to iron maiden start of may in adelaide, got into the second row! Truly an amazing show! these old guys still know how to perform
