The silicon cover one as shown on the written text. The weird gun range style ones are my pick because they fit in the case just fine and performance the 2nd best.
My pick was the gun range style, but the 7 dollar silicone was the best overall. It was hard to name them because they all had the same generic names. I'll probably take down the video and reupload it with more text on screen to help.

I'm going to give these a try--> Delidigi 6 Pairs Ear Tips for AirPods Pro 2 and AirPods Pro . My ear canals need that extra length of silicon to wedge into them to make a good seal and so they won't fall out. I'm hopeful these will work!
