bro- considering the situation you ran without making entry in the register but those entries help the army in the event when some mishap happens and they are in your search to locate you. Since internet is not working call does happen. These entries help them to estimate the possibilities where a rider could possibly gone. Hence, dont promote this.
No where in my video I promoted this.. also i did take my permit online so they had our record online. Just that we were in so much hurry that we didn't wanted to waste any more time.. so we did that.
