  • Hi everyone,
    Today is the first day of 2023, and first and foremost, I would like to wish everyone “May 2023 will bring you Healthy, Happy and Prosperous life ahead and May you all goals/ dreams will come true”.
    Today, I’m gonna do fermentation of mustard leaves. In Burma, we Burmese do and eat the fermented many green vegetables. The homemade fermented vegetables are fresh, full of probiotics and good for guts.
    I have given many notes steps by steps how I prepare and ferment the mustard leaves in the video.
    I will cook this fermented mustard leaves with beancurds as a vegetables dish in next video, please stay tune.
