Its seems to be a good budget build.
In my opinion, 650 w psu would be good based on the psu efficiency curve and upgradeability.
550w will be almost 85-90% utilized and if you want to upgrade in future with some pcie cards or other extra stuff it would become bottleneck.
the most peak power this one will use is 300Watts, so 550 watts is more than enough
