Nice looking trees. I hear Tropic Gold Apricots are supposed to be the best low chill variety. Apparently even lower chill than Katy and Goldkist but tastes like a Royal Blenheim. That is according to my local nursery who says they have fruited every year even in warmer years when Katy and Goldkist did not.
But I’d like to get everyone’s thoughts on Tropic Gold. Seems too good to be true especially considering how uncommon they are. BTW I’m in OC, CA and we average about 250 chill hours
