Sir! Anmol Didi journey is inspiring for all of us. From getting conference out then screen out and getting recommended was truly a fightback. I have learnt many things from this interview including the areas that I have to work on. Also, in video you mentioned about the 4 factors of gap between Present performance and expected. 1)OIR- that's certainly can be improved by putting a lot of effort 2) Age- We cannot do anything with this because this is fixed. 3) Present level performance- By implementing the things which you taught and good for us on our personality, we can certainly give an excellent performance in present. 4) Duration of training- This is also something on which we can't do anything. So we must be working with our full effort on the areas which is in our hands. I'm ending with what Anmol didi and you explained the principle of Karma " If we take care of the cause, effect will take care of itself" Thank you sir for such a inspiring video with the well deserved candidate Anmol Agnihotri.
