Adam.... You are my drumming inspiration. I was stuck for a year stuck in a weird intermediate level of drumming. Unable to fine material that's my level. It was either to basic or to hard. Your channel is what i need to expand my horizons!
I play both snare and drumset, started set when I was 9 (now a junior in high school) and throughout high school I've discovered snare and it got me working on a lot of rudiments and stuff, all of a sudden I know a lot more about drumset just by practicing snare and what not. Very cool!
Nice demo, came here for the Titled show and recognized it's also played in an unscripted segment of a Gadd talk thru demo. So double thumbs up and a notation bonus for self study too.
Have you watched/seen Fig Newton transition between a “standard groove” and this quasi Gadd’esq linear pattern? Curious how/if they are fundamentally different?
hey Adam, big fan of ur drumming. what drum set are u using on the video? and what drum set do u recommend for a intermediate drummer who's thinking long term into learning? thanks
