SANDWICH LASAGNE WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients for White Sauce :
Butter 4 ounce
Flour 4 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Stock ½ cup
Salt & pepper ½ tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Boiled shredded chicken 2 cups
Oil ¼ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
TO ASSEMBLE :
Capsicum sliced 1
Onion sliced 1
Grated cheddar cheese 1 cup
Oregano 1- ½ tsp
Bread slices 8
Olives 2 tbsp
Mushrooms sliced 6
METHOD:
Prepare white sauce, keep aside. Heat oil for filling, add all the spices, onion and shredded chicken.
TO ASSEMBLE:
Put bread slices in a dish, spread white sauce over it, a layer of filling, then cheese, then again white sauce, then next layer of bread, cover with more white sauce, spread a layer of cheese, top with capsicums, olives, mushrooms, onion, sprinkle oregano, bake for 15 mins till cheese melts.
POTATO EGG SALAD WRITTEN RECIPE :
Ingredients :
Large potatoes boiled 3
Hard boiled eggs chopped 4
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Pickled cucumber chopped slices 4
Chopped onion ¼ cup
Spring onions 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Dressing :
Cream ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cream cheese 1 tbsp
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
METHOD :
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, mix with dressing, toss salad in dressing, serve chilled.
