    ARABIC BUTTER CHICKEN WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Chicken cubes ½ kg
    Hung curd 4 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
    Turmeric ½ tsp
    Paprika 1 tsp
    Chili powder 1 tsp
    Allspice ½ tsp
    Chicken powder ½ tsp
    Onion chopped 1 cup
    Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
    Tomato boil 1
    METHOD
    Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients. Heat oil and ¼ cup butter, fry chopped onion, add crushed ginger garlic, all the dry spices with ¼ cup water, cook for 5 mins, add blended tomato, then add marinated chicken and cream, cover and cook till oil comes on top, garnish with coriander leaves. Heat 1-ounce butter, add curry leaves 15, button red chilies 6, add this on top of chicken before serving, drizzle with 2 tbsp fresh cream.
    QEEMAY KI GOLI WRITTEN RECIPE :
    Ingredients :
    Beef mince ½ kg
    Onion chopped 1 cup
    Ginger garlic chopped 2 tbsp
    Green chilies chopped 4
    Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
    Spring onion ½ cup
    Bread slices chopped 3
    Gram flour roasted 3 tbsp
    Soda ¼ tsp
    Ingredients for Masala :
    Oil ¼ cup
    Roasted & ground coriander 3 tbsp
    Roasted & ground cumin 2tsp
    Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
    Chicken powder 1 tsp
    Chili powder ½ tsp
    Chat masala 1 tsp
    Black pepper ¼ tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Black salt ¼ tsp
    Allspice 1 tsp
    Lemon juice 2 tbsp
    Oil for deep frying
    METHOD :
    Grind together green chilies, spring onion and coriander leaves finely, add mince with chopped onion, ginger garlic and roasted gram flour, grind well, add chopped bread slices, sprinkle 2-3 tbsp water over the bread crumbs, knead well into the mince. Heat 2 tbsp oil for spices in a fry pan, add cumin, coriander, chili flakes, roast them slightly for just 20 secs, do not burn, pour this oil and spices in the mince, add in all the rest of the spices, with lemon juice and mix very well with your hands, knead well. Marinate for at least 4 hours, before frying add baking soda, make small balls of mince mixture and deep fry, serve in a platter sprinkle with chat masala, chopped coriander on top.
